Ms. Helen Davis is the Head Psychologist for the Mount Vernon City School District.  Ms. Davis serves as psychologist at Dan Emmett Elementary, East Elementary, Wiggin Street Elementary, and Mount Vernon High School as well as the Seventh Day Adventist Elementary School.  

Ms. Davis also covers Mount Vernon students who attend the Knox County Career Center (KCCC), and Knox Learning Center (KLC).
