While enrolling in the Device Insurance or Submitting a Claim, where do I find the Serial Number?

On your child's school issued chromebook, press on the Alt and "V" keys, on the right handside of the screen you will see 8 characters after the letters "SN," those characters are your device's serial number.

 

How do Parents Submit a Claim for their Child's Device to be Repaired?
