My name is Suzy Springer.  I teach music at Wiggin Street and Pleasant Street Elementary Schools. I earned my Bachelors of Music Education from Mount Union College (now the University of Mount Union) in 2001 and I love my vocation.  
My husband teaches orchestra at MVHS and we have three children: Emily, Madeline, and Ben.

Performance Dates

Pleasant Street Elementary
Oct 4, 2024. 3rd Grade Performance @ Johnny Appleseed Festival. Downtown Mount Vernon- COTC parking lot.  (5pm arrival.  Students take the stage between 5:05-5:15pm.  ~20 minute performance.)  
Nov 2024.  Veteran's Day Program.  Pleasant Street Elementary Gym.  Date and Time TBD.
Dec. 16, 2024.  3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade December Performance.  Mount Vernon High School Theatre.  6:00pm.
March 17, 2025. (?- waiting on confirmation)  K, 1st, and 2nd Grade Spring Performances.  High School Theatre, 6:00pm.

March 12, 2025.  K, 1st, and 2nd Grade Spring Performances.  Rosse Hall, Kenyon College . 6:00pm.
May 7, 2025.  Talent Show (3rd, 4th, and 5th graders ).  10am rehearsal (no audience). 2pm. Talent Show for parents/school audience.
