The Friends of Wiggin Street is our parent-community organization. The Friends of Wiggin Street places an emphasis on coordinating fund raising efforts and activities that unite staff, parents, and community members to work together for the benefit of our children. The officers, building principal, and a staff representative hold regular business meetings at Wiggin Street School. These meetings are announced in our school newsletters. We encourage all parents and community members to become actively involved in the Friends of Wiggin Street and our school community.
Current fund raising efforts have focused on technology, playground improvements, classroom enhancements, field trips, and assemblies. Many school improvements have occurred due to the hard work of our parents and community.
