Readers Theater

Students performing at Readers Theater. Readers' Theater is a dramatic art form in which a written work - generally a play with narration - is presented from a script.  With some minor variations, Readers' Theater is identified by it's minimalist features.  The script is read rather than memorized; there is little to no movement other than standing and sitting to "move" on and off stage; costumes, props, and lighting are minimal or non existent.  All imagery is created through voice and facial expression.
