Digital Learning Initiative at MVHS
Mount Vernon City Schools is excited to announce the first phase of our Digital Learning Initiative will be rolled out at the high school. All students attending MVHS will receive a Chromebook based off the Google platform. Parents and students are strongly encouraged to attend scheduled grade level meetings as we kick off this initiative together.
On August, 9th: Freshmen with last names A-L will report to the theatre at 6:00 pm Freshmen with last names M-Z will report to the theatre at the conclusion of the 7:00 pm Freshman Orientation meeting.
On August 11th: Sophomores with last names A-L will report to the theatre at 5:00 pm Sophomores with last names M-Z will report to the theatre at 5:30 pm. Juniors with last names A-L will report to the theatre at 6:00 pm Juniors with last names M-Z will report to the theatre at 6:30 pm. Seniors with last names A-L will report to the theatre at 7:00 pm Seniors with last names M-Z will report to the theatre at 7:30 pm.
On August 12th: Pickup times for those unable to make the aforementioned times will be at 9:00 am; 10:00 am; and 11:00 am. Resource links will be provided on the MVCSD Website.
