Hi Everybody!  My name is Trudy Debolt, and I teach English on team Fidelis.  I graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 1987, and then went on to graduate from The Ohio State University.  I have taught 6th grade at MVMS for seventeen years.  Throughout those years, English has always been a subject I have been blessed to teach.  I truly love adding humor, laughter, smiles, and fun to as many days as possible.

 

Along with being a teacher, I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and daughter to the most important people in my life.  Family has always been a priority to me.  Besides the humans in my life, my pets have always played an important role in my "after school time" life.  Among the craziest animals I have owned are ferrets and llamas.  

 

Another passion in my life is my WAGS program I created.  WAGS stands for Working Dog Awareness Group.  We read to the dogs at the Dog Shelter to honor the lives of the dogs that served our country in the Vietnam War.  This is my fifth year running the program.
