My name is Mr. Donaldson and I teach sixth-grade Social Studies on Team Fidelis. This is my 23rd year teaching overall in Mt. Vernon City Schools. I have been teaching at MVMS for 18 years and taught at Pleasant Street (5th grade) for five years. I have also been a coach in the Jackets' football and basketball programs for many years.
I graduated from Muskingum University in 2001 with a B.A. in Elementary Education. Additionally, I graduated from Ashland University in 2008 with an M.A. in Education Administration. My educational licenses include Elementary 1-8, SLD K-12, and Principal K-12.
My wife, Melissa, and I have three boys. Garrett and Graham both attend East Elementary. Griffin is in preschool. The boys occupy a lot of our free time. We are involved in the Mt. Vernon community and love to attend school functions to support the Jackets!
