Our administrative team welcomes you to the 2024-2025 academic year.  We believe wholeheartedly that the success of your student, and their journey at MVMS, will be greatly impacted by the environment created academically and socially.  MVMS has a diverse student body that is representative of our great community. At MVMS we are dedicated to offering the academic and social-emotional support needed for the success of all students. We will work tirelessly to adapt to changing trends while keeping the focus on developing the whole student at the forefront.  We encourage you to advocate for your students and communicate ideas and concerns to the administration.  Below are the areas of responsibility for the MVMS administrative team.

Mr. Darin Prince - Mr. Prince is the head principal of Mount Vernon Middle School.  He has been the principal for 7 years at MVMS.  

Mr. Rob Gross - Mr. Gross in an assistant principal at Mount Vernon Middle School.  He has been the assistant principal for 10 years at MVMS.  Mr. Gross is excited to see the students return and to continue to improve communication and build relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.

Mrs. Robin Elliott - Mrs. Elliott is an assistant principal and in her third year.  She is also excited to continue to build relationships with the students, staff, parents, and community.
