Welcome to Kindergarten! What an amazing journey we get to embark on together! You will not believe how much your child will grow this year. We have so much planned, and I can’t wait to get to know you and your family!  

 

This year begins my 16th year as a teacher. I am so excited to begin my 2nd year at Twin Oak Elementary! I previously taught at Pleasant Street Elementary and Utica Elementary. One year was in 2nd grade and the rest in kindergarten.  My heart is truly happy when I am teaching! I come from a very large family of teachers. 

I graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I obtained my Master's Degree with a specialization in Integrating Technology in the K-12 classroom from Walden University.

 

I live in Mount Vernon with my husband Brandon. We have 3 boys, Liam, Carson, and Ashton.  I enjoy spending time with family, Ohio State football, camping, reading, cake decorating, and baking.
