Brittany began teaching at Mount Vernon Middle School in 2008. She holds a bachelor's degree in language arts and social studies - middle childhood from The Ohio State University. Also, a master's degree in education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Along with teaching 7th grade humanities, she is also the Social Studies Department Head and an adjunct professor at MVNU.
When she is not sharing her passion of past, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad and son, Penn.
