Katie Smith received her bachelor degree from Wilmington College. She holds a teaching certificate through the State of Ohio to teach math and Language Arts in grades 4-9. She also received her master's degree in Educational Technology through Ashland University.
Katie has been working at Mount Vernon Middle School since 2010, and teaches 6th grade ELA. She strives to challenge, support, and enthuse young minds as they learn!
She has been married since 2011 to her husband Aaron and has a son named Jordan and a daughter named Kyla.
