She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Art Therapy from Bowling Green State University, and a Master's Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, a Licensed Independent Social Worker, LISW-S.  Amy has spent her career working with students and families in educational and mental health settings.  The best part of her job at Pleasant St. Elementary is when she helps students discover that they have the ability to make their own situation's better.
