MOUNT VERNON, OHIO (May 22, 2020) - Congratulations go out to the MVCS Orchestra Class of 2020! It is unfortunate that we cannot have a final farewell concert for you due to the covid-19 lockdown. We still celebrate all of your accomplishments!
The Mount Vernon High School Orchestras are directed by Anthony Springer, assisted by Amy Miller, and consist of over 80 student musicians. The orchestras perform regularly throughout the year for the community and at OMEA events. The Mount Vernon City Schools was recognized in 2016 as a Best Community for Music Education.
