MV Schools Summer Lunch Program
Mount Vernon City Schools Food Service FREE SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM will begin June 5 - July 28 for students ages 18 months to 18 years.  Lunches are served Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Dan Emmett Elementary, 108 Mansfield Ave.

All lunches must be consumed on-site. 

The children’s lunch menu includes a choice of 2 different main courses such as cold deli sandwiches, string cheese with muffin, or peanut butter sandwiches. Other healthy choices include fresh vegetables, fruit, and milk with each meal.

Lunches will not be served on July 4.

MVCSD serves all children between 18 months and 18 years of age, regardless of need.  Developmentally disabled students up to age 22 are also eligible if they are enrolled in a school program during the school year. 

For the past 23 years, MVCSD food service staff has had the pleasure of providing nutritious lunches to the children of Mount Vernon.
