MVCSD wants to remind you to log in to your OneView Parent Portal account and fill out the online forms for your student(s).
Each year, all parents are required to submit two forms, with the Free and Reduced Lunch Form also available.
- An updated Emergency Medical Form and
- District Authorizations Form
- Free and Reduced Lunch Form - This year, we will not ask parents to complete the Free & Reduced Lunch forms. In the future, we may find it necessary to reinstate the importance of completing the forms, as it may be required to continue receiving FREE breakfast and lunch.
- The Board of Education of Mount Vernon City Schools is excited to announce that all students will receive FREE breakfast and lunch for the 2024-2025 school year. The District was awarded a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) grant, making this possible. Student academic fees will also be waived for the 2024-2025 school year.
Middle and High School Athletes will have an additional Athletics Form that must be submitted.
We request that you check the contact information in your student’s emergency medical form. Update any email, cell phone numbers, and address changes since last year. The emergency medical form contact information is the contact data imported into our communication system.
If you are new to the district and have completed the enrollment form, you will still need to log back into your OneView Parent Portal review the Emergency Medical Form, complete the short District Authorizations Form, and the Free/Reduced Lunch Form.
Guidelines and instructions for completing the necessary forms are linked on the Parents Resource page. On the District Website, select Parent Resources under the FOR FAMILIES menu for directions on creating an account and submitting online forms. If you are familiar with OneView, log in to the Parent Portal and fill out your student’s forms. |
