Report Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, Relationship Violence, or Stalking

Mount Vernon City Schools is committed to maintaining an educational environment free from discrimination and harassment. Students, staff, parents, and community members may use this reporting form to submit a Title IX complaint involving:

  • Sexual misconduct
  • Sexual harassment
  • Dating or domestic (relationship) violence
  • Stalking
  • Retaliation related to a Title IX concern

This form allows individuals to notify the district of a concern so that supportive measures and a fair, thorough review can take place.

Who Can File a Report?

Anyone may submit a report, including:

  • Students
  • Parents/guardians
  • Employees
  • Volunteers
  • Community members
  • Third-party witnesses

A report may be submitted regardless of when the incident occurred or whether the respondent (accused individual) is affiliated with the district.

Emergency Situations If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 or contact local law enforcement right away.
This reporting form is not a substitute for emergency assistance.
