Mount Vernon City Schools provides transcript and student record services for current students, former students, graduates, parents, colleges, employers, and authorized agencies.

Current MVHS Students

Current MVHS students requesting transcripts for college applications, scholarships, employment, military recruitment, or other purposes should select the High School Transcript Button or contact the Mount Vernon High School Counseling Office.

Who Can Request Records?

✅ Parent or guardian of a student under 18

✅ Students age 18 or older

✅ Authorized representatives with written consent

✅ Courts or legal entities with valid legal documentation

Important Information

Mount Vernon City Schools follows the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which grants parents and eligible students the right to inspect, review, and obtain copies of student records.

Student records are not public records and are protected under federal law. Requests for student records must follow the specific process outlined below.
