Continuing Open Enrollment for 2026-2027 School Year

Mount Vernon City School District (MVCSD) is pleased to offer Continuing Open Enrollment for the upcoming school year.

Continuing Open Enrollment will open on March 1.

We are glad your student is attending Mount Vernon City Schools! If your child currently attends through Open Enrollment and you would like them to continue next school year, Continuing Open Enrollment is required each year.

All families currently enrolled through Open Enrollment must reapply annually. Please note that acceptance in a previous year does not guarantee acceptance for the upcoming school year. Every application is reviewed each year in accordance with district policy and available space. We encourage families to complete the application process as soon as possible after March 1.

How to Submit Your Continuing Open Enrollment Application

• Sign in to your OneView Parent Portal account.
• Click on your child’s name.
• Select Returning Open Enrollment and complete the form.

• This form must be completed by a parent or guardian.
• You will need your OneView Parent Portal login information.
• Submitting this form confirms your request to continue Open Enrollment for the upcoming school year.
• After submission, you will receive an email confirmation.
