We invite you to participate in an important opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher during our upcoming parent-teacher conferences. Your involvement is crucial for your child’s success, and this meeting will provide valuable insights into their progress and ways to support their learning at home.
Steps to Select a Conference Time:
Review Available Time Slots:
- Check the list of available conference times provided below. The conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, November 6 from 5:00 pm-7:45 pm or Thursday, November 7 from 10:00 am-7:45 pm.
Choose Your Preferred Time:
- Consider your schedule and select a time that works best for you. Please aim to choose a time that allows for meaningful discussion. If you have other children in the building, please visit their teacher's webpage and look at the available times. This way you can choose times that are close to one another.
Sign Up:
- Click on the time slot you would like, enter your name, your email, your child’s name, the best phone number to reach you at, any questions or comments you may have and additional info (such as needing a phone conference rather than in person)
Confirm Your Appointment:
- Once you’ve signed up, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
