Mrs. Joseph's Family
Mrs. Joseph graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Intervention Specialist in 2009. She earned her Master's of Science Degree in Education with a specialty in Elementary Reading and Mathematics from Walden University in 2013.

This is Mrs. Joseph's fifteenth year of teaching.  She started her teaching career in Coshocton as an Intervention Specialist for fourth, fifth, and sixth graders.  While she loved the school, staff, and students in Coshocton, she was very excited to accept a position as a first grade teacher at Dan Emmett in 2010.  She taught first grade for one year and then moved up to second grade and taught second grade for five years.  When her oldest son started kindergarten at Twin Oak, she started teaching third grade at Twin Oak.  She taught third grade for two years.  Then she switched back to second grade, and taught second grade for four years.  Last year Mrs. Joseph returned to the elementary school she attended as a child!  She is so excited to be an East Eagle again.  She works as an Intervention Specialist for Kindergarten,1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.

Mrs. Joseph and her husband grew up in Knox County, and attended Mount Vernon High School together.  They live on a 160-acre farm in Danville, Ohio.  The Josephs raise pigs on their farm and sell them all around the country as show pigs.  Mr. and Mrs. Joseph have two sons.  The Joseph family enjoys living out in the country and they have lots of fun on the farm.
