Mount Vernon City Schools is offering a complete digital platform option for district families during this current point in the ongoing COVID 19 Pandemic.  The Mount Vernon Digital Academy is facilitated by MVCSD teachers.  Students will have an individual teacher facilitator for this digital platform. Our goal through this platform is to keep our students connected to the MVCSD community and, in time, return to their individual building.

 

The MVCSD district has had an online platform available to high school students the past three years using the Apex Learning platform.  With the current concerns associated with the pandemic, the MVDA has been expanded to all grade levels, K12.  The district will be using the Apex Learning platform for grades 6-12 and grades K-5 will be using the K12 Learning platform.  Both Apex and K12 will be facilitiated by MVCSD licensed teachers.
