Pleasant Street Elementary School Window Replacement

LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Mount Vernon City School District will accept sealed bids at the District Offices, 300 Newark Rd., Mt. Vernon, OH 43050 until 2:00 pm local time on February 15, 2016 and then opened for the contract bids for the Pleasant Street Elementary School Window Replacement.

Bids will be for work as represented in the Contract Documents prepared by OHM Advisors, 580 North Fourth Street, Suite 610 Columbus, OH 43215. Contact Dana Rettig with questions (614-418-0600, ext. 1119).

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 PM local time on Thursday February 4, 2016 at Pleasant Street Elementary School; 305 E. Pleasant St., Mt. Vernon, OH 43050.

Contract Documents may be examined without charge at the Board Office and OHM Advisor’s office. They may be purchased from Key Blue Prints, 195 East Livingston Ave. Columbus, OH 43215 (614) 228-3285 for a non-refundable deposit of $50 /set. Make checks payable to Mount Vernon City School District.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply to this project.

No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The School District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bid.
