Welcome to Mount Vernon Digital Academy
Mount Vernon Digital Academy entrance.
Mount Vernon City Schools offers a non-traditional pathway to graduation.  In the spring of 2016 a pilot program has now expanded into the Mount Vernon Digital Academy.  Participation in this program will allow the opportunity for students to work in a non-traditional setting in their pursuit of their high school education.  Students will work through the APEX Digital Learning platform which is aligned to Ohio's Learning Standards under the facilitation of licensed faculty and support staff.  Our Digital Academy is also NCAA approved.  Success Plans, Learning Coach Mentorship as well as setting educational goals and developing skills in pursuit of college and career endeavors will be standard components of this program.  Our goal is to offer students an alternative educational option that will allow them to enjoy success in their educational journey and more importantly, an individualized educational experience.
