I graduated with a BA in elementary education and then received a MA in special education.  I taught first grade for one year in another district and then came here to Mount Vernon to return to special education.  I have been an Intervention Specialist for the 6th, 7th and 8th grade students in the multiple disabilities classroom for 15 years.
