My name is Jill Harris, and I teach 5th grade ELA (English/Language Arts) and Social Studies. This is my 22nd year of teaching, my 15th at Pleasant Street Elementary. I have experience teaching almost every elementary grade, but 5th is by far my favorite. I love teaching Pleasant Street Junior Jackets!
My husband and I are originally from southern Ohio. We reside in Mount Vernon and have three adult children and two "bonus" kids in our daughter-in-law and son-in-law. All of our kids are MVHS graduates....go Jackets!
